About Mary Lou (Lou) Addor

A leadership and conflict coach, I have 13+years of experience in coaching clients from a broad spectrum of professionals including students, educators, non-profit and business leaders. Whether facing a conflict in your personal or professional life, looking to improve working relationships on the job or with your board, or developing a new life goal, business or venture, let’s partner to bring clarity and a path forward to your intention and vision.

In addition to coaching, I am an experienced facilitator in complex policy discussions, a developer of local and national leadership development programs, and a trainer in negotiation, facilitation, conflict management, and leadership development. I’m also adjunct faculty at NC State University. Certified in a number of personal assessments including Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management Styles, I annually participate in coach training,  hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and plan to apply for Professional Certified Coach certification from ICF  in the coming year.
