In addition to coaching, I am an experienced facilitator in complex policy discussions, a developer of local and national leadership development programs, and a trainer in negotiation, facilitation, conflict management, and leadership development. I’m also adjunct faculty at NC State University. Certified in a number of personal assessments including Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management Styles, I annually participate in coach training,  hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and plan to apply for Professional Certified Coach certification from ICF  in the coming year.
