HOW IT WORKS - COACHING FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND PARTNERS
- Assessment: We discuss your coaching needs, program goals, target audience, and special requirements.
- Program Design: Together, we create a customized coaching program, deciding the number of sessions, duration, and coach selection.
- Payment Options: Our coaches are paid an hourly rate directly, either by your organization or by your employee who would then expense the fee.
- Cost: We work with you to agree on a rate, which is typically 20%-50% of our coaches’ commercial market rate. There is no fee levied to your organization by Authenticship.
- Communication Plan: We help you introduce the coaching program through promotional materials and communications support.
- Monitoring & Feedback: We track progress, collect feedback, and ensure the program meets its goals.
Completion & Report: A final report summarizes achievements, feedback, and suggests future coaching initiatives
