AUTHENTICSHIP LOW BONO AND PRO BONO BADGE

Coaching for everyone

Authenticship grants a badge for coaches that provide low bono and pro bono coaching. The badge verifies that the coach has agreed to provide coaching at a sliding rate and has completed International Coaching Federation training or has an ICF certification.

Low Bono Coaching

Traditionally, the world of high-impact coaching has been an exclusive domain, locked away for executives and titans of industry. We believe that growth isn’t a privilege of the privileged, but should be accessible to all.

Our sliding-scale model isn’t a mere gesture; it’s a revolution. We’ve uprooted the rigid financial boundaries and replaced them with open hearts and a firm belief in the power of shared growth. Our low or pro bono coaching offers anyone the nurturing guidance they need to blossom.

And it’s not just about empowering our clients. As coaches, by helping others grow, we do too.  At Authenticship, we believe that authentic growth knows no barriers, and our pro bono coaching programs as well as low bono coaching programs are a testament to our belief.

International Coaching Federation

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) accomplishes its mission through a variety of initiatives, including:

  • Setting standards for coaching education and practice: ICF’s core competencies and ethical guidelines provide a framework for coaches to operate within.
  • Accrediting coaching programs: ICF’s accreditation process ensures that coaching programs meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Providing professional development: ICF offers a variety of professional development resources to help coaches stay up-to-date on the latest trends in coaching.
  • Connecting coaches: ICF’s global network of coaches provides a forum for coaches to share ideas and collaborate on projects.

ICF’s work is helping to make coaching a more recognized and respected profession. By setting standards, accrediting programs, and providing professional development, ICF is helping to ensure that coaches are well-qualified and ethical practitioners.
