OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide a market place for pro bono and low bono coaching to help clients in our communities who are unable to afford coaching at market rates. We are accepting early career coaches who have completed an ICF accredited training program as well as coaches who have advanced ICF credentials.

WHAT WE DO
Authenticship connects individuals who will benefit from coaching with coaches. Additionally, coaches can connect with other coaches for barter experience or connect with coaches who are experienced mentor coaches. We are here for ICF trained and/or ICF credentialed coaches who are motivated to continue building hours, honing skills and contributing to the larger community.

- Acquire varied experience with real clients facing diverse challenges and opportunities.

- Showcase your commitment by displaying an Authenticship badge on your website or platforms like LinkedIn. The badge, linked to your Authenticship profile, demonstrates your dedication to supporting those who may otherwise not have access to coaching.
- Become part of our robust and inspiring coach community, granting you access to events, barter coaching, and mentor coaching opportunities.

HOW BEING AN AUTHENTICSHIP COACH WORKS
- Once your application is approved, and you review and agree to abide by Authenticship Coaching standards, we provide access for you to create your bio and landing page
- Your listing will allow interested clients to view your contact page, where a prospective client can reach out to you via a form which will be sent to you via email.Â
- Once you have connected with a client, all further interactions, contracts, scheduling, coaching, and billing are your responsibility to manage as you would any client who may have connected with you outside of Authenticship.
- You will report your client work back to Authenticship.
- We will be here to support you every step of the way.
AUTHENTICSHIP BADGE
We want to help our coaches celebrate their willingness to give back to their communities by providing low bono and pro bono coaching. They are all committed to helping others and the Authenticship badge reflects this. The badge is prominently displayed on your profile page. And you can put the badge on your own website, or elsewhere, such as your LinkedIn page. The badge will link back to your Authenticship profile and allows you to demonstrate your commitment to helping those who would otherwise not be able take advantage of coaching.
