About Kathy Davidov
I am a certified coach leveraging a 20+ year career as a strategic leader and television executive. I have led teams at National Geographic, Discovery Channel, TLC, and Al Jazeera America and supervised content for a Silicon Valley start-up. I have a track record of reshaping work cultures and nurturing creativity.
My coaching approach blends ICF core competencies with evidence-based mindfulness, NLP, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I am passionate about harnessing brain neuroplasticity to help clients replace old patterns with new neural pathways for positive change. I specialize in addressing workplace burnout and providing tools for setting boundaries, managing stress, and staying focused under pressure. At the core of my work is the belief that you cannot control the environment, but you can control your response to it.
Beyond coaching, I serve as the Chair of the Board for 100Reporters, a nonprofit investigative reporting organization renowned for the Double Exposure: Investigative Film Festival and Symposium. In my free time, I enjoy long walks with my two dogs, painting, and Broadway shows.
