About Narayan Kamath

As an Executive/Leadership Coach, I work with leaders at all levels and help them become better leaders so they can create greater leadership impact. This involves working simultaneously at two levels – at the level of knowledge, skills, behaviours (Outer Journey) and beliefs, mindsets, values and narratives (Inner Journey).

I launched my coaching practice in 2015 – after spending 25 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.

I live in Bengaluru, India and work with clients throughout the world.
