About Jessi LaCosta
Known as a “Pathfinder” LaCosta inspires others with her innovative approaches to overcoming adversity, leading with confidence, and making a positive impact. Believing that strategy and compassion are not isolated in successful pathfinding, she works with clients to move their visions into reality using a unique blend of evidence-based and intuitive approaches.
LaCosta has designed and delivered virtual and onsite solutions to professionals from the front line to upper leadership and has an excess of 3000 hours of coaching to individuals and teams including Director and SES level in the Federal Government. She is approved to administer many feedback and 360 assessment tools. Her education in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), has equipped LaCosta with a deepened insight into managing crisis and conflict along with developing people to their fullest potential.
She is a CCE-Board Certified Coach and and ICF Associate Certified Coach.
