I am an ICF accredited coach, certified in Humanistic Psychodrama (CP) and trained in Expressive Arts Therapy. I lead with a Humanistic and Strengths-based approach. My focus is on coaching not just the presenting topic, but the whole person – their values, beliefs, and environment, which leads to real and sustainable change in behavior and thinking. My strength lies in cultivating trust and connection with my clients, which fosters a space for open sharing, deeper processing and more growth opportunities for them. My diverse training arms me with various methodologies (spontaneous dramatization, role playing, visualization) to use in my coaching, depending on my client’s needs and comfort level. Having lived and worked in India, Japan and US, I hold the understanding and skills for working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I have 10 years of work experience with Corporate, Social and Educational organizations, which lends me an understanding of how different organizations and systems work. I am fluent in English (native level), Hindi (native level) and Japanese (full professional proficiency – JLPT N1).
