About Karla J Noland, CPQC, ACC
Karla J. Noland, a certified Self-Discovery & Positive Intelligence® coach, specializes in trauma-informed practices to empower survivors on their journeys of healing and self-discovery.
As an award-winning author and speaker, Karla guides individuals through life’s challenges, helping them rebuild and thrive after trauma. As the founder of Reveal Heal Thrive LLC, her mission is to help survivors rediscover their true selves after life’s storms. Using coaching strategies focused on Mental Fitness and Positive Intelligence®, Karla helps clients address the root causes of anxiety and fear, cultivating clarity, confidence, and new capabilities by leveraging their unique strengths.
Karla’s personal journey fuels her deep understanding of the struggle to prioritize oneself. She uncovers false narratives that hold people back, providing guidance for those who feel stuck in survival mode.
In addition to coaching, Karla offers devotion plans on the YouVersion Bible App, addressing grief, spiritual desolation, identity in Christ, and more. These devotionals guide survivors from surviving to thriving through God’s word, shaped by Karla’s personal experiences and compassion.
Her latest book, “The Day My Heart Turned Blue,” won the 2022 Eric Hoffer Spiritual Book Award, and she contributes devotionals to the YouVersion Bible App. Karla’s expertise and story have also been highlighted in Triangle Local News, offering insights on trauma, healing, and grief.
