We aim to make coaching accessible to everyone. Our belief is that there are many people who are unable to receive coaching because of their financial situation. And many coaches already provide low bono or pro bono coaching. We aim to be a marketplace to bring together clients and coaches and extend coaching’s reach. As coaches we all understand the value that coaching provides to our clients, and the coaches on the Authenticship website want to provide those benefits to individuals who might not ordinarily be able to take advantage of what coaching can provide them.

 Outside of employer sponsored coaching, most people don’t have access to (or may not even understand) coaching. Our goal is to provide a marketplace to allow anyone to have access to a good quality coach at an affordable cost to help them better themselves.

We provide you a standard template for contact and bio information.  Your listing will allow interested clients to view your contact page, where a prospective client can reach out to you via a form which will send you an email. Once you have connected with a client, all further interactions, contracts, scheduling, coaching, and billing are your responsibility to manage as you would any client who may have connected with you outside of Authenticship.

This service is free to our coaches as we build out the platform and determine what kind of value we can provide to both our couches and clients. At some point in the future we may need to levy a fee (the founders are also working pro bono), but there are costs associated with running a website which we would like to be able to cover eventually.
